This week focuses on the gut, our second brain. In informative lectures, you’ll learn what benefits the gut, the role of gut bacteria, which foods support gut flora, and how physical activity impacts gut health. Practical exercises are also part of the agenda: from water aerobics to yoga, walking meditations, and mindful abdominal breathing.

The program is led by Dr. Amrei-Sophie Klemmer, a physician and sports scientist (lectures), and DI Olivia Klemmer (practical sessions).
